This position assists in the Thrift Store, aiding with the intake, inspection of, placement and pricing of physical donations.

From managing social media to graphic design and photography to newsletter preparation and more, this volunteer group must be creative and adhere to strict deadlines and branding guidelines to promote SOCKS to local communities and organizations.

Volunteers in this position assist with transporting cats to and from the Shelter for a variety of reasons. This volunteer must be licensed with a good driving record and must be able to handle cats independently.

Fundraising and educational events are a large part of the success of our organization. The Special Events volunteers will assist in the planning, set-up, and execution of these important community events. 

Foster volunteers are very special individuals willing to house cats and kittens until they are ready for adoption. This person must have appropriate living conditions and will be undergo a thorough application and interview process.
